    Start with Sets or Shop. Every listing is tied to a specific set, card and printing — normal, holo, reverse holo, 1st edition or promo — so you know exactly what you are buying.

    Check the condition

    Each listing shows the condition, printing and photos of the card you will receive. Graded cards show the company, grade and certificate number.

    Check out securely

    Pay in GBP by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Shipping is calculated at checkout and free UK delivery applies over £25.

    Tracked to your door

    Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day. You will get a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

14-day returns

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. Singles are final sale unless the card arrives damaged — send us a photo and we will sort it.

Common questions

How much is shipping?+

UK shipping starts at £2.85 with Royal Mail Tracked 48, or £3.45 for Tracked 24. Free UK shipping applies when you spend £25 or more. International shipping starts at £4.70.

When will my order be dispatched?+

We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm UK time are shipped the same working day; later orders go out the next working day.

Can I track my order?+

Yes. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked services and you will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is dispatched. You can also open Track your order from the footer.

What condition are the cards in?+

Each listing states the condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played or Damaged). Photos are of the actual card unless the listing says otherwise. Graded cards show the grading company, grade and certificate number.

What if a card arrives damaged or does not arrive?+

Email support@hithub.uk with your order number and a photo of the card and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you ship outside the UK?+

Yes, international shipping starts at £4.70 and usually takes 5–10 working days. Customs fees may apply depending on the destination country.
